The initial parameters of the upper jaw were compared with those obtained before cheiloplasty. Analysis of morphological studies showed that in children with congenital unilateral cleft lip and palate cheiloplasty promotes early restoration of anatomical abnormalities of the upper jaw and lips (normalization of length, steepness of the slope of the palatine plates) and correction of nasal septum.
